Inspiration
What inspired you to pursue podcasting?
Music has always been a big part of my life, but I started playing the ukulele during my freshman year of college. Podcasting started after my undergrad; I've been listening to podcasts when making models and drawing plans. It would always be a comedy podcast to distract me from the stress of studio every semester. So after my senior year, I promised myself I would start one myself. It's called The Attic Talks; I wanted to bring laughs to people listening to my podcast like the ones that got me through undergrad.
Time Management
How did you manage to maintain your time?
I think it's important to have hobbies while practicing architecture; it gives your mind a rest. I had a great art teacher in high school that would be upset at me for focusing on little details on my drawings. She would always tell me to step back, take a 15-minute break, and then come back with fresh eyes to the picture.
